That’s not how we operate here. During busy periods — like right after a big game update when half the mod-using world seems to hit the same issue at once — it might stretch to a couple of days, but we’ll always get back to you.

What People Usually Write to Us About
Something isn’t installing right. This is the most common one. If the APK won’t install, the game crashes on launch, or you’re getting an “App not installed” error — tell us your device model and Android version, and we’ll walk you through it. There’s a good chance someone else has hit the same wall, and we already know the fix.
A guide has outdated or wrong information. We genuinely want to know this. After EarthKWAK pushes an update, things shift — missions change, file sizes change, steps that used to work stop working. If you catch something we missed, send us the page URL and what’s off. We’ll update it fast, and we won’t pretend the old version never existed.
You want to suggest something we haven’t covered. If there’s a world, a mechanic, a skin unlock, or a multiplayer scenario you can’t find a guide for — let us know. We can’t promise we’ll cover everything, but we do keep a running list of what the community is actually asking for, and that list drives a lot of what we write next.
A copyright or legal matter. If you’re a rights holder or representative with a concern about content on this site, please use the same email and mark your subject line clearly. What We’re Not the Right Contact For
We’re an independent fan site — we have no connection to EarthKWAK Games and can’t help with anything on the official game side. If your issue is with purchases made through Google Play, bugs in the unmodded game, or anything account-related on the official platform, you’ll need to contact Earthwake directly through their official support channels.
We also can’t do much about issues with third-party platforms, other mod sites, or APK sources that aren’t ours. If you got a file somewhere else and it’s causing problems, the honest answer is we don’t know what’s in it — and we’d gently suggest uninstalling it and starting fresh from our download page instead.
